It’s always a pleasure for me to work on home trails and last week I ran a private skills day from Hebden Bridge for this group. They wanted to look at body position, carrying speed over rocks and cornering technique amongst other things.

As always there was plenty of time to put it all into practice as well as  enjoying a great lunch in the Mooch cafe.
