Sometimes wearing with the sleeves. Often I just use it just as a gilet. I don’t tend to zip on and off a lot during rides, but that depends where I’m riding. In proper mountains the temperature can vary quite a bit from high to low level.

I’ve shied away from ‘convertible’ jackets figuring that being a bit warm or chilly is probably less disruptive than stopping, unzipping, storing and starting up again.
